With over a decade of experience in the industry, Priya’s journey began as a single mom living in her childhood bedroom, trying to find her footing in a high-pressure field. Through trial and error, she learned that building a sustainable business has less to do with hustle culture and more to do with creating a strategy that aligns with your strengths, your season of life, and your why.

What makes Priya’s approach so powerful is her emphasis on personalized coaching. Her goal? Whether that means leaning into past careers like event planning or creating niche services for specific life events like divorce, Priya helps women design systems and strategies that work for them — not against them.

We also talked about burnout, something Priya knows all too well. After a traumatic postpartum experience that landed her in the ICU, she realized she didn’t have the systems or support in place to truly take care of herself. That moment became a turning point — leading her to rebuild her business, set strong boundaries, and eventually support other women through the same process.

From launching her new membership community Thriving Agent Collective, to hosting in-person events like the “Cozy Reset” pajama party business audit, Priya is proving that success doesn’t have to come at the cost of motherhood, wellness, or joy.
