That 24/7 service mindset? It carried over seamlessly. “Law firms don’t sleep,” he joked, “and that’s the only way I know how to work.” Clients who text Peter or his team receive nearly immediate replies—a culture of accessibility that has become a cornerstone of his brand.

The post-pandemic landscape? “It’s in flux,” he noted. “People moved further out during remote work, but now many are moving back closer in. It’s shifting again.” And through it all, low-interest rates continue to keep inventory tight, creating a uniquely competitive environment.
