ProJet Aviation is the DC-Metro Area’s premier aircraft management and Charter Company, specializing in private jet management, worldwide charter flights, aviation consulting, and acquisition services.  ProJet operates a full service jet center at Leesburg Executive Airport in Northern Virginia, featuring VIP passenger services, fuel, maintenance, and hangar lease.

Overall goal: ProJet’s goal was to get employee headshots that effectively represented their brand and online presence, that will be displayed on their website and social media channels. Getting headshots for their entire staff and having a consistent cultural presence was the goal.

Challenge: Some of ProJet’s employees are made up of licensed pilots that are constantly jetting around the country with VIP travelers in addition to a staff with conflicting schedules. The challenge was having the whole team present for a company headshot day, where we set up one day and set up on site to capture each person’s headshot. We needed a way to get all their headshots done in a way that was flexible for their company and their employees, within a short time period while maintaining a consistent look with each headshot.

Solution: We proposed spreading the headshot day into a “Headshot week”, we were able to send the staff an online link allowing them to easily sign up for a session convenient for them during the week, which included a “Clothing/Style Guide” showing them what type of shirt to bring with them.  The Style Guide was created specifically with ProJet’s branding in mind.  We created this solution specifically for our client needs because every company is different.  Challenged solved! Like a pro.
