Alimond Photography Studio | We are a photo/video/marketing studio catering to the local Northern Virginia area. These roles are for in-office roles with our studios located in Sterling, VA and Leesburg, VA.
WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR ONE POSITION
Videographer Position
Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and help them get set up for their video shoot
Prep, shot setup, and breakdown, for the video shoot as needed
Keep the studios stocked as necessary
Consult clients with video options
Be readily available for the occasional supply run
Easily able to understand other people’s vision of a video concept
Help to open and close up the studio /office each day.
Participate in the organization of promotional events
Maintain studio organization and cleanliness
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and anticipate the needs of others.
Naturally positive disposition
Positive attitude when met with unexpected challenges
Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs. for a short distance.
Self-motivated; willing to jump in and get your hands dirty and help out where needed
A love of working in a highly-collaborative team environment
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Schedule:
8-hour shift
Day shift
Holidays
Monday to Friday
On-call
Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
Leesburg, Virginia & Sterling, Virginia
– Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Videography / Editing: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Required)
Work Location:
In Studio or on location (within 20 miles of either studio in Sterling/Leesburg)
