Deidre’s resilience and problem-solving were most severely tested during the hardest transaction of her career. After a client unexpectedly passed away during the process of preparing to sell her home, the grieving family still needed to move forward. In the midst of this emotional chaos, a squatter took over the house.

Deidre guided the family through the legal and emotional turmoil, bringing in legal resources and overseeing the hazardous cleanup and total renovation.

“We turned it around. It was like a brand new house. Sparkly, brand new… And we got a really good family in it.”

This experience, though the hardest and most emotional, proved to be one of her most rewarding, demonstrating her deep commitment to the family and her determination to deliver a positive outcome against overwhelming odds.
