Alimond Photography Studio | We are a photo/video/marketing studio catering to the local Northern Virginia area. These roles are for in-office roles with our studios located in Sterling, VA and Leesburg, VA.

WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR ONE POSITION

Videographer Position

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and help them get set up for their video shoot

• Prep, shot setup, and breakdown, for the video shoot as needed

• Keep the studios stocked as necessary

• Consult clients with video options

• Be readily available for the occasional supply run

• Easily able to understand other people’s vision of a video concept

• Help to open and close up the studio /office each day.

• Participate in the organization of promotional events

• Maintain studio organization and cleanliness

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and anticipate the needs of others.

• Naturally positive disposition

• Positive attitude when met with unexpected challenges

• Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs. for a short distance.

• Self-motivated; willing to jump in and get your hands dirty and help out where needed

• A love of working in a highly-collaborative team environment

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

• Day shift

• Holidays

• Monday to Friday

• On-call

• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Leesburg, Virginia & Sterling, Virginia
  –  Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Videography / Editing: 1 year (Preferred)

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)

Work Location:

• In Studio or on location (within 20 miles of either studio in Sterling/Leesburg)
