The number one question here at Alimond Studio is, how to get rid of double chins in photos. So today, I’m going to show you exactly how to do so. Check out this shot of me as I’m just standing here and talking to you. If someone were to say “smile for the camera” and I didn’t know better this is what I’d do. However, after 7 years of headshot photography, I’ve learned a thing or two about getting rid of these incredibly wonderful double chins! If you’ve been to the studio, you are already fully aware, but if you haven’t, I’m going to teach you. Its simple. You push your head slightly forward and angle your chin down towards the camera. I call it the turtle because it reminds me of something a turtle would do. You can’t over extend it either, otherwise, it looks really weird and than you really look like a turtle. It’s a little baby movement that shouldn’t be too noticeable to people around you. Of course when you get your photos tagged online and you’re the only one without a double chin, others will ask you for your secret on how you always look fabulous in selfies and event photos.
Hope you enjoy and are able to put this little tutorial to use!
Until Next time! Thanks for watching.
