“I think what separates us is how many eyes we can get on a property,” she says, noting that visibility is key to driving interest and, ultimately, sales. “If you’re not selling a lot, it’s hard to afford that type of marketing, but when you do more volume, you can reinvest in your marketing and bring your clients the best possible exposure.”

When asked if she ever faced challenges as a woman in real estate, Carolyn’s answer was swift. “No,” she says, adding that leadership has always felt natural to her. “I’ve always been a bull in a china shop. I know what I want and I go after it.”
