You set up a meeting to talk more about how you can help them, and eventually add them on the calendar to follow up and begin showing them the different options of homes. When clients see that you have a family photo on your website and social media sites, they feel a sense of stability, family values, and trustworthiness. They believe that you have been through the process and that YOU understand their situation.
